3-Day Return Policy

 

CocoJar offers a 3-day guaranteed return policy that is intended to offer you peace of mind when shopping. We want to do our best to make each purchase a perfect one for you, however if either of these conditions exist, you can return the item to us within 3 days.

 

 


You may return product(s) purchased for the following reasons:

  • Product(s) with Ready Stocks only;
  • Different product(s) from what you ordered; or
  • Defective product(s)

          - We fully understand how disheartening it is to receive defective goods. 
            Simply return the item to us and we will sort it out for you.

                * The returned shipping cost is to be bear by customer.
                * The re-delivery shipping cost is to be bear by our company.

 


We do not accept product(s) returned for the following reasons:

  • Product(s) purchased are found to be slightly different in colour from the photographs shown on our store.
  • Defective product(s) caused by the customer’s own rough handling after receipt of the product(s), for example, missing buttons, stuck zippers, tearing, etc.
  • Used product(s) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Customer is advised to check the product and make sure it is in good condition before using.
  • Customer chose the wrong size or is unhappy with the design, style, quality, colour or pattern of the product. We urge you to check the measurement charts for the correct size or design before ordering.
  • ** We do not accept refund and exchange requests for ALL Pre-order Porducts.

1. Please provide the below information for exchange/refund of products:

      a. Your Order number  / registered email :
      b. Product Code :
      c. Reason (Defect/ Wrong item/ Others)?  :
      d. Action Exchange/ Refund? :
      e. To be Attachment:
         - Picture of Defect Area (For defect item only) or
         - Picture of invoice received (For wrongly sent item only)

* Upon application approved. Please send back the item together with the invoice slip. 


2. Once the returned item has been received and accepted, we will request for your bank account and we will refund the face value of which, will be identical to the amount paid for the item as indicated in the order during check out. 

 

 

 

 

Points To Remember:

Here are a few handy tips to remember beforehand.

  • Products can not be returned after the 3-day return period expires.
  • Products that are stained, either by water or other liquids, cannot be returned.
  • All items and accessories must be returned with undamaged, unaltered and in essentially the same condition as when the item was shipped.
  • It is vital to ensure that you are able to produce a courier or postal delivery tracking number for us to follow up with. Without this, we cannot demonstrate that the returned item(s) has safely been received.
  • Second chance or Promotional items are not eligible for the 3-day refund policy. Second chance or Promotional items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
